Full Renovation 60's Bungalow
This property was an average sized single storey dwelling which was internally re-designed. By changing the internal layout we where able to give the clients a home which offered more space, storage and better flow from room to room, and by adding extra square metres we added value into the property.
The main feature when entering the property is the large open hallway with a vaulted ceiling including a skylight allowing light to flood in over the two levels. A bespoke open tread timber staircase with glass balustrade dominates the hallway and leads up to the new 1st floor.
The 1st floor houses the master bedroom which incorporates bedroom, lounge area, his and hers walk in wardrobe and en-suite. the master suite was designed to maximize light,space and storage.
from the central hallway you have access to the other three bedrooms main bathroom and lounge, kitchen and dining room.
The whole property was replastered, decorated and fitted out with high quaility fixtures and fittings. A new heating system was installed, and was completely rewired.
